Lots of ways to do it but they all come down to the same thing:
About one gallon of dandelions; use just flowers (for a sweeter taste) or flowers with greens underneath (for more bitter / earthy). Pour one gallon of boiling water over them and leave to sit for 1-2 days.
Strain + add juice + peels of 2 lemons + 2 oranges
Add 1 lb of white sugar + 1 lb of brown + 1 cup honey + packet of red wine yeast. Stir and let sit out of sunlight for 2 days or until fermentation begins.
Pour into fermentation jug with 1 lb blond raisins (these add body to wine)
Rack (re-pour) once after about 30 days, straining out raisins and peels
When the sediment settles to the bottom, siphon into bottles and leave until May Day of next year
